These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at rubyglow.studio (the "Site"), our online booking and request systems, and the hair studio services provided by Ruby Glow Studio (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Appointments may be requested through the form on this Site, by phone, by email, or directly through our booking system at rubyglow.glossgenius.com. Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking — your appointment is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation message.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Larger color, balayage, or extension services may require a non-refundable deposit, communicated to you at the time of booking.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, including your real name, working contact details, and any relevant hair history (recent chemical services, allergies, or sensitivities). Misleading information may result in a service being declined or modified at the studio.
Prices listed on the Site are estimates. Final pricing for color, balayage, color correction, extensions, and similar services is determined at consultation based on hair length, density, condition, and the specific result you are seeking. We will always communicate the final price with you before beginning any service.
We reserve the right to update our menu, pricing, and service offerings at any time.
Color, lightening, color-correction, smoothing (Brazilian Blowout, keratin), and extension services involve chemical processes. We will conduct a consultation before performing these services and may, at our discretion, decline to proceed if we believe a service would compromise the integrity of your hair or your safety. You agree to disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, recent treatments, or medications that could affect a service. We are not responsible for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed information.
Promotional offers (such as the "first visit 10% off" promotion) apply only as described, may not be combined with other offers, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Promotional offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Gift cards may be redeemed for hair services at Ruby Glow Studio. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid only at Ruby Glow Studio. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
All content on this Site — including the Ruby Glow name, logos, monogram, photography, written copy, and design — is owned by Ruby Glow Studio or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted.
The Site links to and integrates with third-party services we rely on to operate our business — including GlossGenius (booking and payments), email providers, and analytics. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
If you send us photos, messages, or other content (for example, reference photos when requesting an appointment), you grant Ruby Glow Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of providing services to you. Hair results vary based on starting condition, hair type, and at-home care — we cannot guarantee a specific outcome from photographs or descriptions alone.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruby Glow Studio, its owner, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
We may decline service or refuse access to the Site or studio at our discretion, including for behavior that is disrespectful to staff or other clients, repeated no-shows, or violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
