Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Appointments are strongly recommended — Verónica works one-on-one with each client and the schedule fills up. Walk-ins are welcome based on chair availability, especially for quick services like bang trims or eyebrow waxes.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

5–10 minutes early is perfect. It gives you time to settle in, look through reference photos, and have an unhurried consultation before we start.

Are consultations free?

Yes — every color, balayage, and treatment service starts with a complimentary consultation. We discuss your hair history, your goals, and confirm the final price together before any product touches your hair.

What is your cancellation policy?

72 hours' notice please. This lets us offer the time to another guest who needs care. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may be charged.

How often should I refresh my color?

It depends on the service. Root touch-ups every 4–6 weeks. Highlights or balayage every 8–12 weeks. A gloss between visits keeps tone fresh — Verónica will give you a personalized maintenance plan.

Do you do color correction?

Yes. Correction work is custom-quoted after a thorough consultation — sometimes one session, sometimes a process across two visits. Bring photos of the current result and the goal, and we'll plan it together.

Do you offer men's services?

Absolutely. Men's haircuts, gray-blending color, beard trim, and beard color are all on the menu. We see the whole family.

Are you bilingual? Hablan español?

How long does a Brazilian Blowout or keratin treatment last?

Brazilian Blowout typically lasts 10–12 weeks. GK Keratin lasts 3–5 months depending on the formula and home care. Both work on every hair type and dramatically reduce blow-dry time.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount, redeemable for any service or product. Ask at your next visit or call 347-493-9119.

Are kids welcome at the studio?

Yes — we serve whole families. If you're bringing a child for their service, please give us a heads-up so we can plan time accordingly.

What products do you use?

For color we use L'Oréal, Redken, Wella, KP, GK, and Brazilian Blowout. Treatments are Milbon, Matrix, GK and Brazilian Blowout. Retail brands available for take-home: Milbon, GK, Pureology, Moroccanoil and Nioxin.
