The Site uses minimal browser storage to remember your light/dark mode preference and to avoid showing you the same exit-intent popup repeatedly during one session. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this section and prefer privacy-respecting tools.
We will only email you marketing or newsletter content if you signed up for it (for example, by submitting the newsletter form on this Site). Opting out of marketing does not stop appointment-related messages (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups), which are part of the service.

As a general rule, client records (appointment history, hair formulations, preferences) are kept while you remain an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards.
